RESIZING POLICY

Ring Resizing at Tyferet

We want your ring to fit. Every Tyferet ring is made to order in the size you choose, and we stand behind that fit with one complimentary resize.

What we offer

One complimentary resize within 90 days of delivery. The resizing work is performed free of charge in our workshop.

How it works

1. Contact us first. Reach out through our Contact Us form before sending anything back. Resizing requests must be approved in writing — rings sent to us without prior approval will be refused.
2. Ship it to us. Once approved, send the ring using a tracked, insured service. Return shipping in both directions, along with any customs duties, taxes, or insurance, is the customer's responsibility.
3. We resize and return it. We adjust the ring in our workshop and ship it back to you.

Conditions

• The offer covers one resize per ring, within 90 days of the delivery date.
• The ring must reach us in the same condition it was delivered — unworn since purchase, with no damage or third-party alteration.
• Resizing labor is free; all shipping, duties, and insurance are the customer's responsibility.
• Tyferet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Please insure your shipment.

Third-party resizing

Resizing performed by Tyferet under this policy does not affect your ring's eligibility for repair under our defect policy. Resizing or alteration performed by any third party voids all warranties and any eligibility for repair or remedy.

Governing Law

This Resizing Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
