Custom Jewelry Sales Are Final

All Tyferet LLC jewelry is custom made-to-order and individually handcrafted. Accordingly, all jewelry sales are final and items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a production-related defect. By placing a jewelry order, you confirm that the item is uniquely made for you and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Repair Requests (Defects Only)

If you believe your jewelry item is defective due to a production fault, you must contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt using our Contact Us form. If your request is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to repair the jewelry item.

Tyferet LLC shall not be held liable for damages resulting from mishandling, improper use, third-party alterations, resizing, or natural wear and tear. Returns sent without prior written approval will be refused.

Return Conditions for Approved Repairs Only

If a repair is formally authorized by our team:

  • The item must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation.

  • The item must be securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.

  • The return must be received by us within 14 days of the authorization date.

  • Any item received damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for repair.

Tyferet LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during return shipping.

Shipping Costs, Customs, and Fees

All shipping, handling, customs duties, and insurance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

In the case of approved returns, any incurred costs on our end (including customs release fees or penalties due to mislabeling by the customer) will be deducted from any applicable refund or billed separately. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Items Strictly Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.

  • Jewelry containing diamonds.

  • Engraved or personally inscribed items.

  • Gold and Jewish wedding rings (as all are made-to-size per order).

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items improperly packaged for return.

Unauthorized returns of the above items will not be refunded or returned to you unless you arrange for return shipping at your own expense.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy and all purchases from Tyferet LLC, including jewelry and Judaica items, are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Waiver of Foreign Consumer Protections

By placing an order with Tyferet LLC, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you explicitly waive any consumer protection rights or legal entitlements that may exist under the laws of your country or state of residence, and agree that only Texas law shall apply to your transaction.

Limitation of Liability

Tyferet LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is explicitly stated in our policies. In any event, Tyferet LLC’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

Force Majeure

Tyferet LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or severe shipping disruptions.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the exact time of your order shall govern that specific transaction.

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Tyferet LLC, you (the customer) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refunds and Exchanges Policy in full.
