Worldwide Shipping

Tyferet proudly ships worldwide. Customers may select their preferred shipping method during checkout.

Orders $400 and under: Shipped Express for a standard flat-rate fee.
Orders over $400: Shipped Express for FREE.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the package online.

Processing Time

Most of our jewelry items are handmade to order and require up to 14 business days for manufacturing prior to dispatch. Custom-made jewelry, such as name necklaces, wedding rings, and personalized items, may require additional processing time depending on the details. We will notify you if any delay is expected.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please contact us in advance via the Contact Us web form for assistance. Special shipping instructions may be left in the “Comments” section of the Shopping Cart.

Backorders

In the event that an item is out of stock:

We will ship available items immediately.
The backordered item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred for the second shipment.

Carriers and Tracking

We primarily use DHL Express for all international and domestic deliveries. If a tracking number is issued by the carrier, we will update your order accordingly.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all international shipments:

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tyferet LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for information regarding potential charges before placing an order.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer reliable, flat-rate shipping worldwide. Shipping is completely free on all orders over $400. The appropriate flat-rate fee or free shipping discount will automatically be calculated and applied at checkout based on your order total.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

Weather disruptions
Strikes or service interruptions (postal or customs)
High-volume periods (e.g., November–December, Valentine’s Day)
Natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or other force majeure events

Tyferet LLC shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by such events. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping times are estimates only and may be extended under extraordinary circumstances. You further agree to hold Tyferet LLC harmless for any such delays.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy and any transactions made through our website are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

By placing an order, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any claims under foreign shipping or consumer protection laws and agree to these terms.
